Minutes for the General and Board of Directors Meetings
The minutes for both the general and board meeting will be posted here and in the interest of saving space, only the previous 12 months of meetings will be posted. Should a review of anything older be required you should make a request in writing directly to the board of directors. Also, there is generally a 30 day period from the time of the board meeting to date of posting. This is because prior to the minutes being posted they must be approved by the board which is usually done at the following months meeting.
Bylaws / Changes / Amendments / Approvals
MSC ByLaws – Amended Dec. 2019 – Approved by the membership.
Ballots were counted at the Dec. 12, 2019 board meeting and passed.
They are being posted as approved and once all board members have signed and dated the bylaws the signature page will be re-posted.
